Alumni is provided to ex-students to stay in touch with batch mates, find and reunite with old friends, invite friends to build your own social networks, share your photos, old memories and interests. The platform also serves as a means to remain in touch with teachers, college management, learn about the latest developments at the college and to contribute / give back. Alumni has the benefit to apply for job postings from employers specifically targeted towards ex-students. The mission of the Alumni Services section is to unite, inform and involve alumni and friends for the purpose of promoting, protecting and preserving the college.

AT JCET, the Information Technology department is extremely proud of its alumni, considerable number of them being entrepreneurs or senior executives in industries. This department conducts various continuing education programmes for TNPCEE and School teachers. Faculty members and students are provided with opportunities to join as members of Professional societies such as ISTE, CSI and IEEE. The Department has signed MOU with industries such as Rampro Infotech and AGNI Softwares Pvt Ltd.
